Sustainable Solutions from Waste – Mobile and Decentralised

Stavolt's mission is to develop and improve technologies that efficiently convert waste into energy and resources. The technologies should be independent, scalable and applicable to local and global challenges.

Tons of waste are generated worldwide every year.

Only 13.5% is recycled – 1.7 billion tonnes remain unused.

Development of Innovative Solutions

Stavolt AG develops mobile units for chemical recycling with efficient and independent energy supply.

Vision

A world without unused waste – powered by technologies that combine sustainability and efficiency.

Our Mission: Transforming Waste into Resources

We utilise existing technologies, refine and adapt them to efficiently transform waste into energy and resources. Our goal is a waste-free, energy-efficient future.

Technology

Planned Applications

Processing of Biogenic Waste

Food waste and invasive plants are transformed into high-quality oils and biochar – saving time and space.

Pyrolysis of Plastic Waste

Our planned units will convert plastic waste into oil, which can be used as an additive in construction, for example.

Gasification of MSW

Our planned units will convert pre-sorted residual waste into syngas and use the generated energy for their own operation.

Focus on Waste

Numbers and Facts

Globally, each person generates an average of 0.74 kg of waste per day, with regional variations ranging from 0.11 to 4.54 kg.

%

Without urgent measures, global waste is expected to increase by 70% by 2050 compared to current levels.

%

Up to 40% of primary resources, such as metals, plastics, and organic materials, can be saved through efficient recycling.

With decentralised solutions, we reduce local waste pollution, conserve valuable primary resources, and transform waste into energy and raw materials on-site.
